3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Lab Upload Requirements

When uploading lab results, you agree that:

  • The lab results are your own or you have authorization to submit them
  • Lab results must be recent (within 60 days unless otherwise specified)
  • You will provide accurate and complete information

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon invoice. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.

6. Refund Policy

Important: No Refunds on Peptide Products

Due to the nature of peptide products and health-related services, all sales of peptide products are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you understand your order before completing your purchase.

Lab review services may be refunded within 24 hours of purchase if the review has not yet been completed. Once a review has been initiated, no refund will be provided.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. The information provided through this Service:

  • Is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
  • Should not replace professional medical advice
  • Does not create a physician-patient relationship
